Erin has been working in the wine industry for 9 years. Her passion for wine originated from growing up around the emerging wine industry in Nova Scotia. Her passion for wine led her to pursue and successfully complete her Sommelier Certification through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) and attain the prestigious WSET Level 3 with distinction. During this time, Erin entered the role as Junior Sommelier, and later, Educator at Obladee Wine Bar. Her love for travel aligns with her interest in wine, taking her to various regions around the globe to further enrich her understanding of the world of wine. Notably, Erin's dedication to learning has brought her recognition in the Master of Port competition held in Oporto, Portugal, where she reached the quarter-finals (top 10 in Canada) both in 2019 and 2022. Beyond wine, Erin loves spending time with her husband, two sons, dogs, and cat.
