Introduction


We are the Atlantic Canada Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers, and the only Professional Wine and Spirits Training and Industry Educator in Atlantic Canada

The Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) is affiliated with the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) .

We hold periodic tastings of fine wines, beers, and spirits which are open to all members. Tastings are held around the region so that everyone has a reasonable chance to attend.

We work with other sommelier organizations around the world to promote our goals and to ensure mutual recognition of sommelier qualifications.
